Is it safe to take 10 mg melatonin and 50 mg diphenhydramine HCl an hour before bed almost every night? I have trouble getting to sleep most nights.
Start with 1 mg: I do not recommend high doses that is often by health professionals. Melatonin is a natural chemical secreted by cells in certain parts of the brain.
