How Much Food To Give A Baby
I've been giving my baby oatmeal cereal for about 3 weeks now. Can I give him organic jar food that's for 4+ months babies? He's 5 months now.

Starting at 6m as the tongue thrust fades & baby begins to sit is early enough. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
I have 3month premature twince babies can I give other food like serelac, fruits luiqued etc. I think not enougth milk?
No food, please!: The babies are too young for cereal or baby food. They are growing very quickly, and it can be hard for your milk supply to keep up. Try drinking more water and nursing more often; nurse both twins at once if you can, as that will increase your supply more quickly. You can have your doctor weigh the babies; if you must, supplement with infant formula, but that may not be necessary. ...Read more

Depends...: Depends on age and other factors. In general, pureed vegetables and cereals come before meats and dairy (other than breast or formula); single ingredients before mixed; no-no's include: chunks (choking hazard), honey (botulism), eggs/fish/seafood (more allergenic), salt and sugar (addictive), and juices (juice is a fruit from which all good stuff has been removed.). ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
