Does not compute: Pregnancy tests should definitely be positive at 7 weeks so it is unclear how the midwife confirmed a pregnancy. As long as you are feeling ok you should be able to watch and wait until the situation becomes more clear. ...Read more

Clomid (clomiphene): Mary, the real question is why are you taking clomid (clomiphene)? Do you have regular periods? If the woman is actually ovulating and she takes Clomid (clomiphene) it actually lowers her pregnancy success rateā€¦ google it. Sounds confusing...: Birth control pills work the same way regardless of who pays for them (insurance company pays or you pay). If missing the first 2 pills of a new pack, there is an increased chance (but still a very small chance) of pregnancy that month. If worried, and if the regular withdrawal period doesn't come, one can do a home urine pregnancy test when starting next month's pack of pills. ...Read more
