Apparently I'm pretty much done growing since I got my period at age 10, but is it possible for me to grow two more inches, and if so, what can I do?

You may: Have had more than one follicle, it may be a normal corpus luteum cyst. What matters is if you ovulated which can be tested with an ovulation predictor kit. NO: I assume you mean an endometrial tumor or fibroid. There is not a specific washout week on the pill. The tumor would be a slow growing and usually with a hormonal imbalance.
