I recently quit drinking diet coke and only drinking water. I feel bloated and gaining weight. Is this due to quiting diet coke?

Depends on taste: From a medical standpoint, probably not too much of a difference between sodas, but some people may say that there is likely more caffeine in the pepsi/coke than 7-up, which may or may or may not be good, so it depends on what you are looking for.
