Adderall: Adderall doesn't have a huge effect on BP, however it does significantly effect the pulse rate. Moderate exercise is always a good thing - BUT - talk to your doctor & get a baseline EKG before starting any exercise pgm when taking stimulants, as they can cause an unsafe rise in pulse.
