Easy to do!: You should take more calcium if you do not take much vitamin -d3, but there is a happy median: take orally 600mg of calcium, if your drink milk or eat chees and yogurt with regularity; take 1200 mg if you do not. Vitamin d3 intake should at least be 2000iy/day. But i take 5000iu weekdays. Vitamin d3 is cancer and heart disease protective, and both protect the colon! ...Read more
