Water: Drinking a little water should not have a significant impact on result of blood sugar or lipid panel. It may affect serum creatinine, but that should not be very significant either. It is recommended that you be fasting for the tests though. ...Read more

Should not: Unless specifically instructed to hold (/not take) your usual meds, should be ok to take. If you do not take the Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) all the time / every day, could just as well pick that am for a "med holiday." either should be fine. ...Read more

Should not impact: The tests you listed are not likely to change if not feeling well. Consider the phlebotomist, though and postpone if actively symptomatic so you don't transmit it. ...Read more

Not necessarily but: Saturated fats can affect cholesterol levels, but about half of those who die from cardiovascular disease have "normal" lipid levels. Saturated fats may cause arterial damage independent of effects on lipid levels, but the degree to which saturated fats increase risk of heart disease is controversial.
