Spinal pain: There are 24 movable vertebrae. Knowing which two would help. At your age a discitis is possible if you have had unclean IV injections or a serious systemic infection. A fever is frequent with this. The area is often tender and movement is painful. This is dangerous and needs and MRI and needle biopsy with culture.
