Depends: Mush depends on the "frame size". Is the girl small , medium, or large framed ? This is ,of course, somewhat subjective, but you can get info on how to determine this. Lowest for small to greatest for large can be from 111 lbs to 147 lbs. Smack in the middle for medium frame range is about 130 lbs, according to one 1999 table for women starting at age 25. Unhealthy: I would consider this very unhealthy because of the high levels of saturated fats contained in those foods.
