Yes but: You may want to look for signs baby is ready to wean. If baby makes short work of feedings, & or you begin chasing baby around to do a feed, you s/he may be ready. If baby still craves the nurturing & lingers, i see no reason you can't overlap the babies. I would avoid abruptly stopping baby 1 when #2 comes as there will already be some displacement fear. Yes: Serious listeria disease may not develop for weeks after infection. If you develop fever or severe headache, see your doctor. There is nothing else to be done at this point. Try not to worry about it. Despite the recall, you are still unlikely to develop serious disease. ...Read more
