In addition the fetus typically engages in your pelvis and descends from your upper abdomen, so you should expect the stomach fullness to get better soon. Enough: I'm not trying to be a smart alec, but ultimately if you are exercising and gaining healthy weight like you want to, you are eating enough. Bacteria/genetics: You could have a more aggressive strain of the bacteria that cause cavities, known as streptococcus mutans. You could also have more acidic saliva, or even enamel that is weak due to genetics.
