In addition the fetus typically engages in your pelvis and descends from your upper abdomen, so you should expect the stomach fullness to get better soon. Enough: I'm not trying to be a smart alec, but ultimately if you are exercising and gaining healthy weight like you want to, you are eating enough. I do not think so : Are you eating enough fruits and veggies as well as enough milk to have a balanced diet? If you are, then all you really need to worry about is hydrogenated vegetable oils in the peanut butter which make it kind of unhealthy. ...Read more

You're fine: Truth be told, you've just reached the status of grown man. Congratulations on your progress in your studies. You're too big to be asking us permission to eat as you like. Physical fitness is much more important now than someone's idea of a perfect diet. Lucky !!: If you eat 3 meals a day and don't gain weight consider yourself lucky have you considered that your weight may be normal for you age and degree of activity.
