Could it be "normal" to wake up after only 3-4 hours of sleep? I sleep great for 3-4 hours then I wake up, and fall back to sleep, a ton after that.

Serum cortisol level 13pg/ml at 9am after barely 2 hours of sleep at night are these results normal?
