It is bad to wait? My left testicle is bigger then the right one, and from time to time I feel some pain to....And the left one gets hard like a rock when I do stand for a long period of time...What do you think?

Taken: Taken from mayo clinic. See link below for full information:

testicle pain and swelling has a number of possible causes. The testicles are very sensitive, and even a minor injury can cause testicle pain or discomfort. Testicle pain may start in the testicle itself or in the coiled tube at the back of the testicle (epididymis). Sometimes, what seems to be testicle pain is caused by a problem that starts in the groin, abdomen or somewhere else — for example, kidney stones and some hernias may cause testicle pain. The cause of testicle pain can't always be identified.

Causes of testicle pain or pain in the testicle area can include:

diabetic neuropathy (nerve damage caused by diabetes)
epididymitis (testicle inflammation)
gangrene (specifically, a type of gangrene called fournier's gangrene)
henoch-schonlein purpura (blood vessel inflammation)
hydrocele (swelling of the scrotum)
idiopathic testicular pain (unknown cause)
inguinal hernia
kidney stones
mumps
orchitis (inflamed testicle)
retractile testicle (a testicle that pulls up inside the groin — this condition occurs in young boys)
scrotal masses
spermatocele (fluid buildup in the testicle)
testicle injury or blow to the testicles
testicular torsion (twisted testicle)
testicular cancer
undescended testicle (cryptorchidism)
urinary tract infection
varicocele (enlarged veins in the scrotum)
vasectomy

the combination of swelling and pain in a testicle could constitute a medical emergency and should be evaluated as soon as possible. Work with your doctor or other health care professional for an accurate diagnosis. ...Read more

Is it normal for 1 testicle to be a bit harder than the other?

Not normal: Both testicles should have a similar consistency. Needs to checked by a urologist, especially if one testicle became harder as a new finding, or harder testis is larger than the other. Testicular calcifications (microlithiasis), tumor, lymphoma, leukemia are all remote possibilities. Scrotal ultrasound will provide the answer. ...Read more

Why would my testicle still hurt after being hit hard a year ago?

Chronic pain: Testicular injuries vary from mild bruising to complete rupture where the lining that holds the testicular tissue breaks. This can set up a severe inflammatory reaction that can lead to bleeding, fluid build up and, in extreme cases, loss of the testicle. A scrotal ultrasound can help see if any of these possibilities apply. Some men develop chronic pain from testicular injuries. ...Read more

If a person have right side varicoceles then how long would it take testicle to shrink? Does it shrink in all cases?

Unknown: Varicoceles (swollen spermatic veins) are fairly common. They can be associated with discomfort, shrinkage (or "atrophy") of the testicle on that side. In some men with infertility and varicocele, repair may improve subpar semen parameters and fertility. However, in the absence of the above conditions, varicoceles do not necessarily require repair, as they may not lead to those problems. ...Read more
