44 years old. Long history of menstrual cycle ranging from 10-20 days. Lg amount of pus last month. Treated for infection. Bulky uterus found. What could this be? Growing breast tissue as well. Going for ultrasound.

Likely benign change: The irregular periods may not be connected, and a bulky uterus could be benign myomas (fibroids) but with the 'pus', getting an ultrasound and if indicated an endometrial biopsy sound prudent. Breast tissue growth suggests hormonal change as well. ...Read more
