I don't believe that: I understand what you are trying to describe. If you had a period then you are not pregnant from sexual activity that occurred prior to the period. If you aren't sure if you had a period then go ahead and take a home pregnancy test. Lack of cramping does not equate to pregnancy however. ...Read more

PMS: Nsaid’s, ssri’s, hormone meds, otc meds containing diuretics, warm bath, heating pad, exercise ; acupuncture are excellent for pms / period. Avoid caffeine, chocolate, alcohol ; salt. Get gyn eval to r/o underlying pathology. Consider omega- 3 fatty acids, magnesium (supplementation or through diet) or black cohosh with dr ok. Sipping chamomile can dissipate pain. My periods have been late 2 months in a row by 10 days and now 13 days. I wake up in unbearable pain and the pain is worse than usual period pain. Period lasts 3 days max and are light. My periods are usually heavy. None of this is normal for me. Help? Wh

See GYN: changes in hormones affect the cycle and affect the period and the flow. a lot of factors affect the hormones and the cycles,like viral infection,stress,etc.... my advise is to go and see your GYN,they might have to place you on medication to regulate your cycle. ggod luck ...Read more
