Yes: A pure protein powder has no fiber at all. There are many types of protein powder. If from soy make sure it is non-gmo soy. If whey try to find one from grass-fed cows not given hormones or antibiotics and processed at low temperature such as whey cool by designs for health. Protein powder from hemp seeds is another good choice though make sure it is a pure protein powder without fiber. ...Read more

Simethicon might hel: It probably is due to the surgery. You might want to try something with simethicon to at least diminish the flatulence. Avid foods that might lead to gas. ...Read more

Use lactaid: That will help with dairy intolerance. Stools yellow sounds like fatty stools, try fiber wafers or immodium to slow down the transit. You need to make sure iron deficiency isn't from anemia, get stool blood test to rule out, if negative than you need supplemental iron. ...Read more

Could be: Glucophage may be absorbed in small intestine? Sugary could be high if your cortisol is elevated due to your adrenals neigh stressed from surgery. Could be your diet is too high in carbohydrates. Best to try low glycemic index carbs. ...Read more

Here are some ...: Has the dizziness been constant (24 hrs a day) or intermittent or just related with positioning? if constant, need to consider some change in central nerve system incurred in the recent past including drug use; if off & on or positioning-related, consider postural hypotention.
