Assuming...: Hi. I hate to assume, but must. I assume your hypothyroidism is treated and that on treatment, your thyroid function is normal. That would eliminate thyroid as a cause of your amenorrhea. Untreated hypothyroidism can cause hyperprolactinemia in some people, which can cause amenorrhea, but I won't assume that.
