Leg/Hip problems: Hello. It sounds like you are having pain because your ankles, knees and now hips are not properly aligned. This stresses the surrounding tendons and ligaments. The leg length difference may be due to scoliosis. ?shin splints: You may have shin splints from running too often. Try a day of rest in between runs. Stretch more often. Anti-inflammatories. You could have knee arthritis. Some people benefit from heel wedges but not ankle braces when they have bowed legs. If this doesn't help, then I think he need an examination by an orthopedic doctor & XR.
