If you are not having much pain or bleeding, you can go about and pretty much do anything you want as you can tolerate. If u r still having pain or excessive bleeding, then don't force it. Often, after 1 wk you should feel back to normal. Check with doc if too much pain/bleeding still because of possible infection etc...

Depends: It's normal to have discharge every day of our cycle. What's not normal is discharge that smells funny/foul or hyst causes itching or irritation.
