Not at same time: Solodyn (minocycline) has many interactions; taking with calcium (usually found in multivits) can reduce absorption- they should be taken at least 2 hours apart. Solodyn (minocycline) kills our friendly intestinal flora which can lead to yeast overgrowth ; a wide range of side effects. It's wise to take probiotics ; not use it very long. Topical antibiotics ok. Regular Ibuprofen use can cause ulcers ; GI bleeds.See comment:. ...Read more

Both help with pain: But Motrin is an antiinflamatory as well. This blocks prostaglandins wich causes inflamation and pain. Tylenol (acetaminophen) is a simple pain reliever and not an antiiinflamatory agent. Motrin can cause ulcers, kidney failure, and possibly cardivascular enents such as heart attacks. ...Read more
