So sorry : I'm so sorry you had to go through that. Those can be very very painful. If you're 3w post rupture, the pain should be getting better by now. You may want to give it another 7 to 10 days, and if the pain is still severe consider seeing your doctor for a repeat ultrasound to make sure everything looks normal. No way to tell: that is a quite large cyst. it could rupture or twist, you should be monitored with ultrasound by a doctor, if it ruptures, you could have a fair amount of pain or possibly internal bleeding. if it twists, you could have pain or compromised ovary. sometimes nothing happens, it springs a small leak and goes away or needs interventional radiology to drain it or possibly a laparoscopy. see your doc. ...Read more
