About a week, varies: After taking Ativan (lorazepam) constantly for more than a couple of weeks, your body becomes used to it (develops tolerance), resulting in withdrawal symptoms if stopped all at once. What do you mean: by "irregularly?" 200 mg of Zoloft (sertraline) is a high dose, so there must be a reason to take that much.
