No antibiotics: Hello otter65249, if you have cough up to 7-10 days, it' usually viral and you don't need antibiotics. Taking mucinex 600 mg 2 a day as well as emergen c 1 pack 3 a day should help you. If symptoms continue beyond week without improvement , at that stage you should consult physician. ...Read more
