May require MD exam-: Due his young age & the known increased rate of flu complications at this age, the safest answer should include a visit with your pediatrician. See doctor: Petechia can be a sign of inflammation of the blood vessels, called vasculitis. Even though you feel better, I suggest you have your doctor take a look, and probably do some simple blood tests to look for signs of inflammation and check your platelet count (platelets help in blood clotting). Call today. May be nothing, but it's best to get checked. ...Read more
I hav talking induced dry cough that last for several weeks after exposure to cold air,air condition& after influenza infection.any help about reasons?
Sometimes after a severe respiratory infection, the cough can linger for a few months. The airways can become inflamed and spasm. Certain triggers can cause this to occur including excessive talking, laughing and cold air.
If it persists beyond a couple of months, you should see your local doctor to ensure that there is not another reason for the cough.

I've been having nosebleeds; 1 a day, for the past 4-5 days. The last 1 was severe. Recently had a typhoid & influenza vaccine, is this related?
Nose bleed: Most nose bleeds can be attributed to severe dryness of the nasal mucosa causing capillaries to break. This dryness can be caused by allergies. I do not think there is a relationship between the vaccines and nose bleed. Over the counter nasal mists can help in preventing further nose bleeds. If continues seek consultation with your primary doctor. ...Read more

This sounds a bit like a local obstruction which is acting like a "ball valve" making "noise when you shift your position ...a BRONCHIAL ADENOMA (benign growth) and sometimes an 'inhaled" foreign body (eg peanut) can produce this "ball valve" effect..Check this idea out with your PCP (primary Care Provider) Just a thought .
