I get migraine headaches 5x/week and take Imitrex (sumatriptan) for it. Are there short / long term risks?

OVER USING IMITREX (sumatriptan): Serious side effects include heart arrhythmia (irregular heart beat)/palpitation, and rare heart attack especially older folks with risks.
