Very few symptoms: Small genital warts have few symptoms, so many women don't even know they have them, unless the warts are on the outside and the women can see or feel them. Warts on the outside (vulva) can itch sometimes. Warts in the vaginal and on the cervix are unknown to the women unless the warts are bigger and/or get irritated by sex. Likely: She would have at least told you that you had them. Warts can be treated with medication, but also can be treated by destructive methods like freezing or burning. Herpes unless the lesions appeared nearly resolved would have been treated with an antiviral like valtrex, (valacyclovir) acyclovir, famvir, etc. ...Read more
