Recovery after facel: Recovery is very individual. I recommend setting yourself up for success. Stop any aspirin, advil, (ibuprofen) fish oil, etc for two weeks prior to the procedure. Watch your salt 3 days before and after. Iced compresses for 48 hours after and then lymphatic drainage treatments to help mobilize swelling.
