Had a cold sore and a moderately swollen lymph node pop up a day or two ago. Lymph node is about the size of small marble. Tender too. Overall I feel great though. Thoughts? Normal? I have read that it is common to get swollen lymph nodes with/herpes

Go see an ENT doctor: It could be just repeated viral infections(colds) but you need to be sure that you do not have strept throat. A visit to your ENT doctor can help.
