Complicated: Flu can linger for couple of weeks, hopefully you haven't got re infected with another virus or had bacterial secondary infection. May be time for exam, probable antibiotic. ...Read more

Possible: it is possible but it could be many other things even besides an infection, like allergies and post nasal drip or heartburn. I wouldn't race to a doctor, see how things go, if fever follows or worsen see a doctor. ...Read more
