Reducing oxynorm & lyrica (pregabalin) from 40 & 600mg to 100 & 10mg tapered but bad restless legs since last reduction how long will withdrawel sypmtoms last?

Depends: on the type of withdrawal! Lyrica withdrawal is 1-2 weeks OR LESS. If there is underlying restless leg like about 10-20% of the population, then...it isn't withdrawal and the symptoms stay. ...Read more

I have small fiber neuropathy. For the last few weeks I've had constant restless legs day and night. Is this sfn or something else ? Going nuts!!

2 separate problems: The two conditions are not related. Therapy in patients with small fiber neuropathy is directed at both the underlying cause, if one can be identified, and at ameliorating pain. Can restless leg syndrome cause what look like myoclonic jerks or tremors all night long in 6 yr old. EEG was normal. Also how is row diagnosed?
