My 11 year old has a little rash on the inside of her wrist. It isn't red or itchy. It kind of forms a ring. Is it ringworm?

Likely not ringworm: Skin rashes are common in infants & a single patch of rash can be a lot of things.From drool rash to ringworm to allergic reaction, etc. If it improves with hydrocortizone it is probably not ringworm. Rashes: Are hard to diagnose without being seen. A rash in the inner elbow area could be eczema. You can try coconut oil or aveeno lotion and see if tat helps. Dry skin?: It is not easy to guess what the problem is without examination the lesions and getting a more detailed history.
