Zoster pain: 1. Anti-virals- decrease length of symptoms 2. Anti-inflammatories can help with pain 3. Neuropathic pain meds: gabapentin, lyrica, (pregabalin) tcas... Can be very beneficial 4. Traditional pain meds 5. Epidural steroid injections may be needed if it is severe or you fail other therapies.
