Reaction?: If any contact with bowl cleaner or other chemical, could be a local reaction (/"burn") from that, which may look infected on exam (hence abx/anti-fungal). The warm/moist environ slows healing. Should keep dry & aired as able (don't get arrested!) while using ointments as rx'ed. Give it a week. If not improving, get re-checked. ...Read more

Syphilis/Psoriasis: Never had sex contact of any kind, not infected at birth, no blood transfusions then very unlikely syphylis. Family Hx of psoriasis? Then more likely to be P. ???????: Second stage syphilis has lesions palms ; soles, also other symptoms. Latent syphilis is latent, meaning no symptoms. A blood test will reveal syphilis. Is the patient aged 4 ? I took 150 mg of flucinazole a week ago tomorrow and got what I thought was a severve stomach virus the day after. No longer vomiting but have bad taste in mouth, nauseous, dizzy and itchy rash on palms. Is this normal?
