Baby rashes: The most common reason for those bumps is the use of the so called "baby products" like Baby Magic and Johnson and Johnson. While they smell nice, the give a large percentage of babies a rash. Wash the baby with dove sensitive skin soap (liquid or bar) and in between just wash with warm water. Nothing else is required. Hard to say: I would start with a ear, nose and throat specialist. This could be anything from a a tumor near the ear canal (ocoustic neuroma) to chronic otitus (an inflammation inside the middle ear). You might need an MRI or ct to start the diagnostic process.
