How do I differentiate cholinergic urticaria with miliaria rubra? I got rashes all over my body only after a few weeks of excercise.
CU changes rapidly.: Cholinergic urticaria (cu) will change within a few hours, if not, within a day; comes on more rapidly and leaves more rapidly. Cu will blanch. Taking a hot shower can bring cu instant on. Antihistamines done aggressively will help cu but not so much the heat rash of miliaria rubra.
