Few years have worsening dry skin, all year long. My face often has peeling skin on my cheeks, & I use lots of ceramide based lotion. What could it be?

No need.: Most retinoid creams (including differin) cause peeling sometimes, especially during cold weather. Often, all you have to do is apply a little less each night. You can also use a light moisturizer if you wish (one that says "non-comedogenic" on the label). If the peeling persists, try skipping a day of treatment. Stop using them: Of you developed rash after using all 3 , then you should stop using them and once resolves may introduce one after the other to check what are you allergic to. Meanwhile if rash are itchy try OTC Benadryl cream and Hydrocortisone cream for NO MORE than a week.
