A little late.: The first teeth to come into the mouth are the lower 2 front baby teeth. They normally emerge between 6 & 10 months old. The 2 upper front teeth are normally coming in at 8 to 12 months old. At 10 1/2 months of age, if no teeth are visible, it may simply be a late bloomer.
