2-4 days: Not sure about blood but nicotine is usually tested by a urine test for cotinine, a metabolite of nicotine that stays in your body for 2-4 days after your last cigarette.I would not rely on the "detox stuff."stopping smoking is probably the best thing you can do for your health.The first days are the hardest, so if you stop for 4 days you should take the opportunity to stop for good.See comment:. ...Read more
