When the pregnancy is at a very early stage, the b-hcg level is still very low and undetectable which will give you false negative pregnancy test. Take the test again now to confirm. Morning nausea: Are you using any protection with intercourse? if you are not then you are trying to conceive. She may still be pregnant but too early to detect on a home pregnancy test.
