Caffeine withdrawal: It sounds as if you're withdrawing from caffeine, which is in both excedrin and coffee. The headaches can last 48 hours, and the other symptoms (body aches, nausea, sometimes dysphoria, mental fogginess, etc) can last 2-3 days to a week depending on how much caffeine you're accustomed to taking/day.
