Eat right, exercise.: Your immune system get healthy when you are and also when it gets challenged. Studies prove that minor ailments to the body are one of the stimulus to the immune system and the immune system gets a boost from them. Regular exercise is another way. Eating right and also adding vitamins are other ways to improve your immune functionality. Good luck with your efforts.

Varies: Sounds like something else may be going on and should be re-evaluated by your doctor. One thing you might try is reconstitution of normal bowel flora with probiotics or cultured unpasteurized yogurt. Hope this improves soon and you are back to normal.

Take a nap: Rest is the best thing you can do for your body before a long flight. During the flight drink lots of water & avoid those little bottles of alcohol. This has the added advantage of forcing you to move about the cabin improving circulation in your legs & preventing blood clots. Don't forget to wash your hands.

I would like to see the 25 oh vitamin d3 level to be around 50 to 60 ng even though the recommended level is around 30 ng.

Medicinal mushrooms like reishi & coriolus vers. Also boost immunity. A healthy diet, adequate rest & stress reduction are also beneficial.

Don't think so.: Scarring is a nl phenomen. Some people scar more than others. If wounds become infected they tend to scar more. If you become cut, wash the wound with soap and water, apply antibiotic ointment and keep it covered. Do this daily until the wound has healed.

No, but: It depends on your condition before and after transplant. In general, avoid getting in contact with people with colds/flu and crowded places if you can, wear a mask if you have to, report any fever or illness to your doctors, unlike others you may be put on antibiotics early in the course of fever, you will need some more vaccines such as pneumovax, otherwise you have a normal life, wish you wellnes
