Not sure: If you are asking about solodyn (minocycline) and oxymetazoline which is a nasal decongenstant then yes you can take those together as there no interactions. I do not know what medication you are referring to when you say metrozoline. I am not aware of any such named medication. Not sure fi you meant metronidazole?
