Fatty liver: Not enough information. What meds is he taking how old is he? Is the infiltration 4 cm in size or his liver? Being a smoker always raise issue of cancer of lung metastatic to liver. Needs investigation.: With yellowing in the eyes and an enlarged liver, we would think that this could be a liver issue, but we would really need blood testing both for (1) liver enzymes such as bilirubin, AST, ALT and (2) possible etiologies such as hepatitis and hemochromatosis.
