I think I have gastroenteritis. Headache, achy, can't keep food down. I have Advil and Nyquil on hand. I read advil was a bad idea. What about Nyquil?

No: All the ingredients in nyquil are not what you need for a viral gastroenteritis. Drink plenty of fluids, get plenty of rest. Let it run its course and your body will fight the infection.
