Call doc or ER: You do not say how old your kid is, or if any other symptoms. I am concerned when you say brown vesicles all over. You would know: Of the three, diphtheria can produce toxins that affect your heart, but you would know that by now. Scarlet fever is just an alternate form of strep throat & only 1/200 develop rheumatic fever, which you would also know by now. German measles is a minor illness in kids of little importance. If anything it made you immune. Only a fetus becomes damaged by this germ, older kids/adults do not.. ...Read more

Maybe: Three day measles is rubella and I have not seen a case...Ever...There is roseola which usually has 3 days of fever before the rash breaks out. Could be any number of viruses or a reaction to something...Glad she is acting normal. If you are concerned please see your pediatrician. Rashes really need to be seen because it is hard to tell from a brief description what they are. ...Read more

Strep??: If your daughter has been vaccinated with 2 MMR vaccine, it is unlikely that she has measles. On the other hand, it is very possible that she may have strep throat which needs to be treated with antibiotics. Strep throat is often associated with sore throat, headache, stomachache, and fever.
