Not uncommon: A fever 7-14 days after a varicella vaccine is not uncommon & provides an indication that the body had a good "take" or sufficient stimulation to provide a strong antibody response. You need to be: examined/have someone look at the rash. If you had chickenpox, you wouldn't have it again. You may have a different virus or a reaction to something you were exposed to.
