Scabies treatment: The main thing is to confirm the diagnosis. If itching alone without visible rash, probably it isn't scabies (even if that's how it started). If you have not been reexamined in the past couple of months, see your doctor now. If you have done that, consider asking for a second opinion. Scabies will eventually respond to appropriate treatment, usually permethrin cream or ivermectin orally. ...Read more
