Likely normal: Many normal children that age have quite variable appetites i would suggest that you keep a daily listing of all that she eats and drinks. After 1-2 weeks, talk to your doctor's nurse to see if they have any concern and whether they want you to bring her in to be seen. ...Read more

Hard to tell: The temperature of 38c (100.4 f) is not really concerning, but i would pay attention to how he feels. If he seems to be less energetic, not eating well, or having trouble sleeping, he should be checked by the doctor. Can be normal: It is very normal for kids to go thru periods when they don't eat much or to be very hungry, depending on if they are in an active growth stage. Appetites can vary. Yes: High fever and lethargy can be symptoms of a virus, or a serious bacteria infection. When she is treated for an infection, the antibiotic should be working within 3-4 days.
