While eating up to 3 eggs a day doesn't raise cholesterol, an all egg diet is likely to be unhealthy & unbalanced. May not be problem!:
First, whether you even need to lower your cholesterol depends on the subtypes. If you have high HDL and your LDL is below 130 you may not need to lower it at all. Statins like Lipitor (atorvastatin) can be hazardous and have no proven benefit for women!
